Troubleshooting:
----------------

Q: The colors in cursor appear distorted.

A: You downloaded the wrong version for your color palette.
You are most likely running in 256 color mode if this is
happening. Either download the 16 color (256 mode friendly)
version, which isn't as nice, or change your monitor settings
(provided your monitor can support it) to Truecolor mode.
To do this, select "Display" in Control Panel, click on the
tab marked "Settings", and choose 16-bit High color mode.
(NOTE: If your monitor cannot support these settings, that
mode most likely will not appear, and you will only be able
to select from 16 color and 256 color mode, in that case you
MUST use the low color mode version). Click "OK" and restart
Windows for the changes to take effect.

Q: I don't seem to have a start menu...

A: Then get one (noonch). Seriously, then that must mean
you don't have Windows95, and these ARE Windows95 cursors.
The best fix is to GET Windows95, then these will work. I
have no idea whether or not these are supported in Win 3.1,
but as far as I can tell they aren't, so you'll just have to
live with that...
